Loved Beyond Measure

It's almost August (crazy right?) So, here's what I've been learning

  1. Locking in with God is one of the best things you can do while you're in a waiting season.

  2. When something doesn't go your way it's God's way of protecting you. In my experience He had something better in store.

  3. Who you surround yourself with matters. If you're friends with people that don't have goals for themselves or bring others down, you're going to start acting like them.

  4. Not doing the things you enjoy and just doom scrolling aren't going to make you feel better.

Hi! Making friends is hard enough, but making friends who share your beliefs can be even harder. But it's very much possible. I've got 3 ideas for you.

  1. Going to youth group or Bible study at your church. Wherever you can find people your age who also want to grow closer to Jesus.

  2. Pray about it. In certain situations, this is the best advice I can give. Especially when I don't have first-hand experiences with what the persons going through.

  3. Wait. Godly friends will come in God's timing. When you rush God's timing things work out differently than if you would have waited. Nobody wants to, but it's something that's a part of life.

Hi! It's been a minute, but with a new season comes new obsessions so let's get it.

  1. Tanning. The sun feels wonderful, and I love seeing my tan lines come in.

  2. Audio books. I can accomplish so much while listening to them. I get to hit two birds with one stone.

  3. Cold cases. Excluding the context of the families not getting closure I like looking into them.

  4. All the summer dresses I get to wear to church every week. They feel so feminine.

That's all my obsessions for now. See ya!

ABOUT ISABELLA

HI! I'm Isabella. This blog is for teen girls wanting to grow their faith and have a Christian community that knows what they're going through. It's geared towards girls 11-16, but if you know somebody older or younger that could benefit, please tell them about it! I wanted to make this because there's not a ton of Christian blogs for teen girls that want some advice and to know that other girls have the same struggles. It's my hope and prayer that we can connect over some of these topics. We may not all agree on these topics, but I hope that the love of the God will brings us together.

You are altogether beautiful my darling.
There is no flaw in you.
Song of Solomon 4:7

Therefore, do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.
Matthew 6:34
