Loved Beyond Measure

God gave us one life and glorifying Him and spreading the gospel is BY FAR the most important thing you could do. But God still wants us to enjoy it with people he put in our lives. The world's view on that might be partying and drinking is the definition of a good time, but when you find friends who you can have an absolute blast with without anything detrimental to your health or that could be a risk you start to realize life is truly worth it especially when you have wonderful people to live it with

I'll be honest. Waiting on God's timing isn't easy especially when you want things to happen quicker than He does. Everyone says it's worth waiting for, but how do you handle the actual waiting process? Well, when you wait for other things, you do things to keep you occupied. So do just that. Grow closer to Him, spend time with the people He's brough into your life, and enjoy the season you're in because one you'll miss it. It won't be easy and you'll probably wanna crash out at least a couple times, but in the end it'll be worth it.

I don't find being patient or having patience easy. I blow up and it's just not pretty. But a Godly woman controls her emotions and outbursts so here's what I've found helpful.

  1. Breathing through the anger. When I feel myself getting worked up, I take a few deep breaths and re-evaluate.

  2. Praying for patience. I've heard people say if you pray for patience God will put you in situations that require patience, but it definitely is worth it.

  3. Looking at progress vs perfection. Observing how I didn't blow up over something small is an accomplishment and deserves to be treated like one.

Patience takes time to develop properly, but there's no time like the present to work on it.

    XOXO

ABOUT ISABELLA

HI! I'm Isabella. This blog is for teen girls wanting to grow their faith and have a Christian community that knows what they're going through. It's geared towards girls 11-16, but if you know somebody older or younger that could benefit, please tell them about it! I wanted to make this because there's not a ton of Christian blogs for teen girls that want some advice and to know that other girls have the same struggles. It's my hope and prayer that we can connect over some of these topics. We may not all agree on these topics, but I hope that the love of the God will brings us together.

You are altogether beautiful my darling.
There is no flaw in you.
Song of Solomon 4:7

Therefore, do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.
Matthew 6:34
