Loved Beyond Measure

I don't find being patient or having patience easy. I blow up and it's just not pretty. But a Godly woman controls her emotions and outbursts so here's what I've found helpful.

  1. Breathing through the anger. When I feel myself getting worked up, I take a few deep breaths and re-evaluate.

  2. Praying for patience. I've heard people say if you pray for patience God will put you in situations that require patience, but it definitely is worth it.

  3. Looking at progress vs perfection. Observing how I didn't blow up over something small is an accomplishment and deserves to be treated like one.

Patience takes time to develop properly, but there's no time like the present to work on it.

    XOXO

I've seen a lot of movies. Here are my favorites.

Legally Blonde- Elle Woods is one of my favorite female leads of all time. She's unashamedly her girly self even surrounded by guys.

Uncharted- It's fast paced, entertaining, and has a ton of familiar faces.

Tangled- My ALL-TIME favorite movie it's pretty self-explanatory why.

Klaus- Admittedly this is a Christmas movie, but it's so good yet so slept on. It's on Netflix and I like it more than Home Alone.

Notting Hill- I've only seen it once, but I think about pretty consistently. Julia Roberts' 'just a girl' scene is definitely worth a watch.

Hi! I love a good self-care night here's my favorite ways to spend them: :

  1. Face mask and movie. A cutesy movie and facemask are a classic pairing that fit like a glove. You're also hitting two birds with one stone if you pick from a movie, you saved forever ago but never got to.

  2. Listening to music and scrolling through Pinterest. Definitely not as productive, but therapeutic for sure.

  3. Reading in bed. I love reading, but being uncomfy ruins the whole experience so my bed's the perfect place.

ABOUT ISABELLA

HI! I'm Isabella. This blog is for teen girls wanting to grow their faith and have a Christian community that knows what they're going through. It's geared towards girls 11-16, but if you know somebody older or younger that could benefit, please tell them about it! I wanted to make this because there's not a ton of Christian blogs for teen girls that want some advice and to know that other girls have the same struggles. It's my hope and prayer that we can connect over some of these topics. We may not all agree on these topics, but I hope that the love of the God will brings us together.

-Isabella

You are altogether beautiful my darling.
There is no flaw in you.
Song of Solomon 4:7

Therefore, do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.
Matthew 6:34
