Loved Beyond Measure

Let's be so real here putting time aside to have quiet time with God can feel impossible and way to intimidating to start or even forced. But spending time with God should be more like catching up with your girls over coffee.

  1. Make your space feel cozy. You don't have to be at a desk you can spend time with God anywhere. So, if that's your bed go for it.

  2. Make it pretty. Use all the pretty tabs, highligters, and cutesy details that help you understand that you need.

  3. Blast some worship music. Whether you're going for a calm vibe or upbeat and dancing to it worship without abandon.

  4. Journal out your feelings and observations. Rant your feelings and just tell Him everything.

  5. End it with gratitude and think of all the blessings He's given you.

Your time with God doesn't have to look like everyone else's what matters is that you spend time with God when you romanticize it you aren't just making it aesthetic, you're spending time with the One who loves you the most.

Hi! With a new month new goals come with it. Here's what mine look like.

  1. Walk on my walking mat more. I love walking and getting to find a 2000s show to watch while doing it makes it more fun.

  2. Finish the book of Acts and start Deuteronomy. I'm so close to finishing all the books of the Bible and I'm getting so close.

  3. Work out my upper body more than I do so I have more upper body strength.

  4. Read more. I'm slowly getting out of a reading slump, and I hope this month is when it's finally done.

Some of my goals will take longer to accomplish than others, but I can't wait to accomplish them whenever it's God's timing. <3

Going out's great, but cozy nights in are great especially when it's cooler out. Here's some ideas to make the most of it.

  1. Set the mood. Put on a playlist and slip into cozy clothes.

  2. Spoil yourself. Give yourself a mani-pedi, an everything shower, or do a face mask.

  3. Eat some snacks! Make cookies or down some fruit. Whatever you love (and actually have on hand).

  4. Watch a cutesy movie or read a book. I personally recommend legally blonde or how to lose a guy in ten days.

  5. Spend some time reflecting on your faith and see where you can improve and where you've grown.

Cozy nights are a wonderful way to care for yourself to recharge and remember you're loved beyond measure.

ABOUT ISABELLA

HI! I'm Isabella. This blog is for teen girls wanting to grow their faith and have a Christian community that knows what they're going through. It's geared towards girls 11-16, but if you know somebody older or younger that could benefit, please tell them about it! I wanted to make this because there's not a ton of Christian blogs for teen girls that want some advice and to know that other girls have the same struggles. It's my hope and prayer that we can connect over some of these topics. We may not all agree on these topics, but I hope that the love of the God will brings us together.

-Isabella

You are altogether beautiful my darling.
There is no flaw in you.
Song of Solomon 4:7

Therefore, do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.
Matthew 6:34
