Get Up and Out

Hey! Let's get out of your rut together. Everybody gets stuck, but you don't have to stay there. Here's what I'm doing to get out because ruts are awful.

  1. Significantly more Jesus music. You don't have to completely cut out secular music (if you're feeling conviction about it then absolutely cut it out) but make it more 60% Christian and 40% secular or 80 and 20 percent. You get the idea.

  2. Make sure you're making your quiet time count. It doesn't matter what time of day it is just spend time with Him.

  3. Tell somebody. We're not meant to walk this road alone so tell somebody what you're struggling with. It doesn't make you weak, it takes so much strength to tell someone you're just not feeling it.

You don't have to be in rut forever you just need to want to get out of it. <3
